Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to White Tiger Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services (“White Tiger”). By using our services — including store services, website, mobile app, or pickup & delivery — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Scope

White Tiger provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, ironing/pressing, alterations, and premium garment care services. All services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

3. Garment Care & Handling

  • All garments are cleaned using industry-standard processes.

  • Care labels and fabric instructions are followed to the best of our ability.

  • In the absence of care labels, articles are cleaned at the customer's risk and discretion.

  • Pre-existing damage, stains, color bleeding, or weakness in fabric may affect results. White Tiger is not responsible for damage where limitations of fabric or stains prevent complete cleaning.

4. Stain Removal

  • We strive for best-possible stain removal, but 100% stain removal is not guaranteed.

  • Some stains may worsen or cause fabric discoloration after treatment. In such cases, White Tiger is not liable.

5. Loss or Damage

In rare cases of loss or irreversible damage caused solely by White Tiger’s negligence:

  • Compensation will be limited to 5x the cleaning cost of the item OR market depreciated value, whichever is lower.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

White Tiger will not be responsible for:

  • Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days

  • Garments affected due to:

    • Wear & tear / aging / weakened fabric

    • Manufacturer defects

    • Running colors, shrinkage, texture changes

    • Improper care instructions from manufacturers

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup & delivery is offered in designated service areas.

  • Time slots are subject to availability.

  • Delays may occur due to operational or weather conditions.

  • Same-day or express service (if offered) may incur additional charges.

7. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes will be charged.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of delivery or as per agreed billing terms.

8. Items Not Accepted

White Tiger reserves the right to refuse items that:

  • Are heavily damaged

  • Contain hazardous materials

  • Emit strong or harmful odors

  • Are unsuitable for cleaning due to condition or fabric nature

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Verify all items at the time of return.

  • Point out stains, delicate fabrics, or special instructions while handing over garments.

  • Ensure pockets are empty — we are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in pockets.

10. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to service load, weather, or special handling needs.

11. Cancellation / Order Changes

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order may not be cancellable.

12. Privacy Policy

White Tiger collects customer information for service and communication purposes only. All data is handled per our Privacy & Consent Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

14. Acceptance

By using White Tiger services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
